Upon inspection, I found this vessel to be very clean with no apparent dampness or musky cabin odors. I could tell this seller (2nd owner) has taken meticulous care of this Catalina, which makes perfect sense since he's a retired Engineer. He has recently installed granite counter tops, a new Bimini, two extra sails and a new sail cover.
The last bottom job was in February of 2015. I walked the deck and it felt solid with no soft spots. The teak on this vessel is nice looking and well maintained inside and out.
She's ready for sailing and needs no repairs.
