Super easy 4-way access to the engine. For being a 1971, it is in great shape. It would make a super nice and CLEAN liveaboard boat with all the comforts a liveaboard would need: reliable heat (great Newport diesel heater), hot/cold running water, a custom comfortable spring mattress in one cabin (other cabin is empty, but is large enough to hold a double mattress). Not ready for cruising quite yet because the boat is a candidate for either repowering or needs a handy person to repair the gearbox (diesel engine works good but transmission needs a part replaced, so boat can't be put in gear right now).
