Additional Equipment:
Icebox was converted to a fridge in 2012 as well as new cabin cushions, bimini and mainsail cover. Jib installed is a 130 and was freshly re-sewn and stated to be in excellent condition. Reef lines and jib sheet lines are new in 2016. New head, new bilge pump, new freshwater pump and 2 new batteries in 2015. Bottom paint is 1 year old, scrubbed every month by divers.
1998 Engine was rebuilt in 2007, seller has no records of the rebuild but he says the engine runs like a top and only has 810 hours on it and has all hours logged in the Captain's log.
Water heater currently does not work. The teak on the outside of the boat needs to be freshened up but they do have color matching canvas covers as well as life line cushions which match.
