mercury 3.5 long shaft outboard (Scappoose

I bought this outboard for my cal twenty new from west marine last year. I pre-owned it a half a dozen times and have ran less than 2.5 gallons of fuel through it. It has been well taken care of and still works and looks new. It was kept in dry storage for the winter. I just fired it up this summer to make sure everything is ok. It has never been run on ethanol blended fuel. fuel has been ran out of the carb after every use and the tank was drained for the winter.
