26' Excalibor Sailboat-Best Location! (Cascade Locks

1966 Excalibor 26' Sailboat berthed in Cascade Locks OR....the best slip there!This boat is nice and tough. It comes with a Yamaha HORSEPOWER outboard engine (recently serviced), two jibs and main sail, fixed keel, AM/FM/CD Stereo. depth sounder, battery charger, shore power, bilge pump, some life preservers, sleeps 4Needs some elbow grease.Refinish woodRestring halyard1 cracked window but water tightCockpit drains could use cleaningGeneral cleaningCould use bottom paint and side paint. (The black spot on the side is rubbed off paint from bumpers)This has been a great family boat....but as foster parents who keep having little ones coming and going (we've had eighteen kids mostly under the age of 5!).....we find we just aren't using it like we should. Cascade Locks does 1 of the BEST fourth of July Firework shows.....and this boat has a whole dock to itself with some of the best views in the Gorge! Wonderful place to hang with family!We will miss this boat and location! Moorage is very low in comparison to most places. $820/year if paid in full or $110 per month. Power hook up for $25/month from November to March. We just paid half of the Moorage for 2013, so with a good offer the moorage for all of 2013 will only cost you $410!! We will pressure wash it soon. Will accept credible offers.
