Additional Equipment:
The overall condition of this vessel is good. The owner states hull is solid, and the the rigging is ready to go. The engine runs very well. Engine hours are unknown, but it was manufactured in 1992. The cabin has received a lot of cleaning, painting, and reconditioning by current owner. I did not perceive any unusual odors in the cabin, it's exactly what I expect a boat to smell like.
The deck does show signs of spending 40 years in the sun, but the structure appears sound and the owner states it does not leak rainwater, even in Oregon.
The vessel is moored on the Columbia River, and the date of last haul out is unknown, she could probably use a bottom cleaning.
