Purchased in 2002 by a knowledgeable yachtsman and who conducted a country-wide search to find the right boat Beach House has been mechanically and esthetically updated and maintained with an open checkbook. She is ready to go cruising and her new owners will have very little to do in terms of updating. Beach House is competitively priced and is the nicest 42 Classic on the market in her vintage. A must see!
