The Trailer is a 1985 Model, but the owner is not sure of the manufacturer. The trailer is licensed and road worthy.
Hull: the bottom design is spectacular.......very smooth, stable, and fast.The hull is encapsulated in fiberglass from the gunnel down. This process is not typical........this hull can be expected to last and stay beautiful for many years.
Because of the construction techniques used in building this boat, you will NOT have to hang this boat in a sling prior to putting this boat in the water. No need to fill with water and swell the hull.
Deck: the Mahogany decking is professionally varnished with high quality Marine Varnish. This mahogany decking is absolutely beautiful.
Engine: The owner reports the engine came from a 1985 AMERICAN SKIER boat which had a split at mid-hull keel. There was no damage to the engine, running gear, or electrical system. The owner installed the powerplant into the beautiful Mahogany hull you see in the pictures. This is one of those well made engines that seem to run forever.
This work was completed in March of 2012. The owner-builder installed new distributor points, plug wires and plugs, then timed the engine.
All hoses and belts were replaced.
New water pump/ impeller also installed.
The HOLLEY carburetor was cleaned and adjusted. This project was completed in March of 2013.
She has fresh oil, filters ( oil and gas ), new packing shaft log, new battery, and the prop was shaved 1/4" to remove any nicks.
The trailer received a new paint job, wheel bearings were re-packed w/seals, new carpet slides and an electric 12v winch.
The trailer project was completed in March 2012.
There are no known fixes required.
