14ft Fishing Boat Fiberglass Mirrocraft with 18hp Evinrude

I have a MirroCraft Trihull 4 person boat for sale. The trailer is a shorelander in good shape, spare included, along with a new winch. The boat has a 1964 Evinrude Fastwin 18hp motor that moves the boat along very well and is in great condition. I replaced the spark plugs and checked the impeller and gear lube, all is good. The front of the boat has something like a deck in the front, I used it to fish from and it worked really well, could also be used for bow fishing if that is what your in to. I recently repainted the interior of the boat because it was very possibly the original paint and it was peeling and chipping all over so I pressure washed it and painted it with marine topside paint. It comes with 2 6 gallon gas tanks with a new gas line, oars, 1 seat that needs some work, just weathered, a boat cover for keeping it nice and clean when stored, Life jackets and seat cushions for 2, a fish net, fish basket, and 2 12 pound anchors.
The boat is at my parents because I cant store it at my apartment, but I'm willing to get it for anyone that is seriously interested.
The reason I'm selling is because I need money for the a house down payment to get a place to live for the new addition to our family.
