Vessel Walkthrough
This Stephens Motoryacht is a three stateroom layout plus crews quarters. The master stateroom is aft and features a double berth vanity with drawer storage hanging locker and an ensuite head. The aft bulkhead is mirrored while the other bulkheads have a conservative vinyl wall covering. The trim is varnished teak. Moving forward on the port side is a guest stateroom with twin berths two hanging lockers and a small bureau between the berths. Continuing forward also on the port side is the third stateroom featuring over and under berths a hanging locker and a dresser. The second head is across the companionway. Up three steps brings you to the salon. There are two upholstered chairs on starboard and an L shaped settee aft on port. The settee has just been re-upholstered in ultra leather. The salon is appointed in teak paneling and new carpet with Sunbrella runner. Forward on port is a pass through opening to the galley which is located down three steps from the salon. The galley is freshly redone with new appliances and Corian countertop. On the starboard side is the dinette and large pantry. Next forward are the freshly painted Crews quarters.

Broker's Remarks
As you read through the listing you will notice that over the last seven or eight years there has been a continued effort to re fit this great boat. The teak decks have been removed and traditional non skid paint has replaced itand check out the refrigerator/ freezer in the galley. The original teak cabinetry was retained and the new components were built in. As you look through the boat you will see several features like the stainless steel shower pans and air conditioning vents that have been retainedwhile the electrical panels and fixtures have been upgraded. New custom built fiberglass mufflers and exhaust pipes have been fit to the enginesand the plumbing fixtures and pumps are new. Paint and varnish are up to date and make nice accentsand the hardware has been re-chromed.
