Vessel Walkthrough
This 74' Hatteras MY has a full width salon that is 240 square feet of living space for family living enjoyment. To starboard is a built-in entertainment center with a 27" stereo color television AM/FM stereo receiver cassette tape deck VCR master antenna outlet and master antenna distribution controls; wet bar with icemaker bottle and glass storage racks & storage areas. Many custom features add to the style of this motoryacht. In the salon these custom features includelambrequins and wood mini-blinds down feather U-shaped lounge with down feather throw pillows custom cocktail table and dining table. The walls have been upholstered and custom lighting added to give this area a nice airy feeling. Moving forward towards the galley you have a staircase to port from the salon to lower deck. To starboard in the galley area is the spacious U-shaped dinette which creates an informal setting for conversation. The dinette is very comfortably upholstered with storage areas underneath. To port is the gourmet galley which is equipped to Hatteras standards. The galley is outfitted with a side by side refrigerator/freezer with an icemaker four burner cooktop oven dishwasher garbage disposal and built-in microwave. There are doors to the salon and pilot house. Next moving forward is the pilot house which is commanding in every sense of the word. With state of the art electronics this yacht is truly a long range cruising vessel. One of the clearly outstanding attributes is the easy access to the flying bridge. Throughout the pilothouse there is exquisite custom cabinetry done in antique white mica. Up to the flying bridge you have the handcrafted aluminum radar arch and extended bridge deck which tops the one piece sculptured superstructure. There is a continuation of all overall livable designs of this yacht on the flybridge. This area has combined livability and luxury with abundant and comfortable seating on the deck. From helm and companion seats and u-shaped lounge they serve to make this one of the most pleasurable sunspots aboard. There are four staterooms each with private heads. The massive master stateroom is all the way aft and is the full width of the vessel. The accent is on privacy the private master suite features a walk in cedar lined wardrobe and king sized berth. The head is very large with twin silver custom sinks and bathtub with marble countertop and floor. There is also a custom entertainment center and vanity to add to the overall comfort of this owner's suite. Moving forward you have the engine area which is split by the companionway. Next is the VIP stateroom which has been customized by having a queen berth instead of twin berths. There is a built-in television and stereo ample storage and private head with separate shower. There is a custom silver sink supported by a marble countertop and floor. Moving forward you have the washer/dryer to port. This is where the steps from the pilothouse lead to forward staterooms. There is a port stateroom with twin berths and a guest head and shower to starboard. Forward of this is the bow stateroom with over and under berths to starboard and private head and shower. A custom cockpit completes the ambiance of this motoryacht. There is a custom tackle center with sink and 14 tackle drawers to starboard and to port is the freezer and refrigerator all housed in molded fiberglass cabinets. For captain's convenience a remote bow thruster control has been added. Custom steps and railing lead up to the aft deck area before you enter the salon.

Fly Bridge
The flybridge has a fully functional helm station with controls. There is a custom aluminum arch with mast. The bimini top is 3/4 and covers the helm station wet bar and storage areas. There is plenty of seating shaped in a comfortable U setting and high-low coffee table. Aft Deck/Cockpit
Aft of the salon and on the same level is the aft deck with sunshade. There is a control station with bow thruster control to port. Access to the cockpit is via a centerline stairway leading aft. The cockpit features teak sole and covering boards sub zero refrigerator and freezer bait freezer baitprep area with 3 rows of teakfaced tackle drawers. Remarks
The "Promotion" features the "preferred" and hard to find 4 cabin 4 head layout with queen VIP Galley up and two full helm stations. Her 12V71's Detroit's have low hours since major overhaul.
