Accommodations
Entering the cabin you will find a roomy bright airy inviting cabin. The overhead is a bone colored vinyl with 3 large deck hatches with screens and retractable covers. The sole is covered in a light berber carpet with carpeted runner protection. Numerous high gloss teak cabinets throughout give a rich feel. There is an enclosed head at the base of the steps which incorporates a Vacuflush head sink with pull out shower hose mirror porthole A/C vent and two storage cabinets. Midship to port is the fully equipped galley with Avonite countertops Kenyon stove Norcold refrigerator GE microwave and abundant storage lockers. Across to starboard is a large leather settee with pedistal table. A locker contains the Clarion AM/FM 6 CD changer. The forward cabin consists of an Island Queen berth with several hanging lockers. Other features include reading lights four port holes accent mirror and cushion backrest. The entire cabin is cooled and heated by a reverse cycle airconditioning system. Aft is the second sleeping area which makes into a second seating area for additional entertaining.

Salesperson's Remarks
This vessel has received above average maintenance and care. She has been in fresh water most of her life and only arrived in Florida in 2009.
