This 1996 Azimut 70 Sea Jet is a large motor yacht with very spacious salon and flybridge. Constructed in Viareggio, this very well maintained yacht has a Stefano Righini designed exterior. Interior recently decorated by Castonguay Designs in 2010

This leads to the roomy covered aft-deck where there's a long settee facing forward with a 6 teak dining table and nice overhead lighting.

Enter the salon thru double stainless steel framed sliding doors. There are two large curved settees facing one another, one port, one starboard
Portside an open staircase leads to the fly bridge. Forward of the stairs on the port is a large dinette with custom dinette table large enough for 6-8 to dine.
Forward on the starboard is the galley with full complement of full size appliances. There is an outside door that leads direct to the galley for easier provisioning. The counters are marble, flooring is teak and holly. There are double polished stainless steel sinks at the apex in the aft corner.
Starboard there is the lower helm with many new electronics and a computer
Descend forward and the VIP is located mid-ship with plenty of storage, settee to starboard and private head with marble floor.
Vanity and separate stall shower as well as modern Vacu-flush toilet. This mid-ship bath also serves as a separate entrance day bed.
Aft of the VIP there is the port guest head with Vacu-flush, vanity and stall shower

Across the companionway we find the starboard guest with en-suite head and shower with another Vacu-flush and corner vanity. A Euro wine cooler is located in this stateroom
The master is separately accessed from the main salon, aft, and has king-size berth on center with vanity to port and double settee to starboard. There is a 20" Sony TV and VCR player.
Make-up vanity
The master head has a huge marble vanity with double sinks, Vacu-flush head and stall shower. This area also acts as a 5 foot sound barrier from the engine room. A sauna is located in the Master Bath Shower.
The upper helm has all modern instrumentation required for a long cruise in any waters.
The fly bridge is accessed from inside by an open stairway leading up to port from forward of the salon. There is an Eisenglass enclosure around the top deck.

The sink in the galley is a double deep stainless sink with granite countertops.
The refrigeration in the galley is an upright Avanti refrigerator with freezer on top in good working condition
Modern Miele dishwasher.
The stove is a Miele electric, 4-burner flush stove-top with a microwave/convection oven underneath. The unit is a 110 volt unit.
There is an Oster toaster oven, blender and a coffee maker. All is in good working condition.
There are five heads on the boat. All of the heads have VacuFlush toilets, full hot and cold running showers, and all of the four main guest heads have marble floors, counter tops, and mirrors. These heads are nicely appointed and in very good condition for the age of the boat. The crew's quarters head is a smaller head, done in Corian, and it has a VacuFlush toilet and shower. All of the Vacueflush toilets flow direct to 1 central black water tank. From the tank all black water can move thru a macerator with y-valve or to the deck pump out.
The overall condition of the interior of the vessel is surprisingly very good for a sixteen-year-old boat. The varnish work throughout the boat has been updated and well maintained. The exterior painting completed in 2006.
The hull was repainted and reglassed during a major refit in 2006.
The aft stairs are all laid in teak and nicely redone in 2006. Both walkways going forward next to the bulwarks are have sprayed-on nonskid in Awlgrip. This is a full walk-around capability
The bulwarks stand at 30-inches tall and have a beautiful brightly varnished cap rail on top with stainless rails and round stanchions that stand about 6-inches high
There is a large double sunbed on the bow of the boat, which will accommodate up to four people.
There is one custom stainless-steel hatch on the front deck. This forward hatch leads to the crew's quarters.
There are two stainless ports on the starboard side of the cabin-house, one on the port side.
There is a single bow roller with a Maxwell, 24-volt, electric windlass with gypsy that is in excellent working condition. The windlass can be operated at either helm station or a remote station on the bow. This doubles as an anchor, winch or CAPSTAN for docking.
There is a bow anchor locker that is quite large, and it holds all of the anchor and ground tackle. It is in good shape, and it has a wash down to clean up the anchor chain and anchor as it comes into the boat. There are two forward cabin-house lazarettes. There are also aft settee storage boxes/lazarettes that have excellent storage. There is also a deck wash and hose assembly both fore and aft
The deck hardware on Canflor Girl is mostly stainless steel with large stainless cleats, and all is in very good condition. The aft cockpit sliding glass doors lock securely and are in very good condition
There are two 24 volt electric winches mounted on port and starboard sides of the aft deck. These winches are used for docking the boat
The aft cockpit has a freezer and a refrigerator mounted on both port and starboard side, with Corian tops. Both the freezer and the refrigerator are in excellent condition.
The upper flybridge extends aft over the lower aft cockpit. There is a lot of settee seating, dining table and a lot of storage added to the boat on the upper flybridge level. It is white Awlgrip and in excellent condition. There is a grill station and counter with icemaker and refrigeration all together on the flybridge port side. There is a lot of seating on the flybridge area. There is also the flybridge helm station, which is in excellent condition with all instruments needed for a long voyage.
There are two steering/helm stations on the boat: one is up on the flybridge, and one is directly below the flybridge in the forward side of the main salon. Both steering stations have duplicate instruments for the main engines and navigation equipment.
The finish of Canflor Girl is done in an all white hull and superstructure that were painted in a 2006 refit. The paint is done in Awlgrip paint
There are upper and lower rub rails that are full length around the boat. Both rub rails have a stainless-steel half-round, which is 1-1/4 inch in width.
On the bow of Canflor Girl is a single stainless-steel housing that currently houses a single roller with a custom anchor on the bow.
The transom has transom platforms on both port and starboard aft. The transom is a swim platform that has teak wood laid on it with steps going up both port and starboard sides, and stainless-steel rails and gates entering onto the aft deck. There is a large garage that has a hydraulic lift-up door in the center of the transom. The lift-up door also provides for easy access to remove large equipment into the engine room. On the port side transom, the port side stairway lifts up to access the aft lazarette. There are deck showers and wash down taps with hot and cold water.
The interior woodwork and cabinetry throughout the entire interior of Canflor Girl is all done in teak wood paneling and trim. The finish is a high-gloss varnish
The bilges throughout the boat, excluding the engine room, are deep and in very clean condition. There is a main 220 bilge pump that is the main bilge pump that has a manifold that handles five different areas of the bilges. There are redundant 24volt bilge pumps throughout.
There are four opening ports in the hull on the port side, and two on the starboard side. They are stainless-steel rims with safety glass. All of the ports have storm covers on the inside that can close down during heavy passage
There is a full canvas enclosure with Eisenglass on the upper flybridge. It is in excellent condition. The canvas top above the flybridge has a 1-inch stainless-steel structure that is firmly and securely mounted to the flybridge.
All of the exterior cushions, on both upper and lower decks, are in like-new condition.
The headliners throughout the boat are done in vinyl/leather with painted portions and teak wood trim
The primary lighting throughout the boat consists of inset halogen dome-style lights in the overheads.
Canflor Girl is loaded with storage throughout: under the settees, under beds, in bilges and the flybridge area has ample storage space.
The floors throughout the boat are primarily marine plywood that has wall-to-wall carpeting on them. The galley has teak and holly sole, and all of the bathrooms have marble flooring. The floors and soles in the main salon and all four of the guest staterooms are all done in wall-to-wall carpeting newly installed in 2010. The main salon and stairwells have canvas runners that are snapped down, when owners are not on board
All of the fabrics and cushions throughout the vessel were redone and recovered in 2010. The main salon has a blue leather on the settees. Forward there is white leather in the helm area settee. In the staterooms, there is ultra-suede and leather. All of the curtains and pillows are new in 2010. Many decor items have been provided to give the yacht a designer flair.

ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS DC ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS The DC voltage is 24 volt. The only 12-volt area in the boat is the navigation electronics.
There are four 8D AGM service batteries. There are two 8D starting batteries.
The main battery switches are located under the engine room AC/DC panel.
BATTERY STOWAGE The battery stowage for the house batteries is located between the two main engines in the engine room, and the two engine starting batteries are located on the port side of the port engine.
DC PANEL The main DC panel is a Cantalupe custom panel that is located at the helm station.
BATTERY CHARGERs There are two 24volt battery chargers.
AC ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS SHORE POWER INLET AND CHORD There are two 50-amp, 220 shore chords that come into the vessel at the transom starboard side. The shore chords are 100-foot each in length. One cord is generally enough to run the boat at the dock.

VHF /HAILER There are two Standard Horizon Quest/GX 1500S VHFs onboard: one at the lower steering station and one at the upper steering station.

The radar is a Raymarine E120 Radar/Chartplotter, and it is new from 2007 . One Sitex Closed array digital radar.

AUTOPILOT The autopilot is a Raymarine ST 7002.
SPEED LOG/DEPTH SOUNDER The speed log and depth sounder is an Autohelm 200-hertz triducer and 200-hertz transducer. The transducer is for the depth, and the triducer is for the speed. There is also an Autohelm depth and speed mounted in the boat.
RUDDER INDICATORS There are two ST60 rudder indicators: one at the lower helm station and one at the upper helm station.
COMPUTOR:Compaq W17QMonitor -w/ Nobeltec and repeater in fly bridge.
STEREO SYSTEM There are Sony stereo systems with CD players in three of the guest staterooms and they are in excellent condition. There are five RF Direct TV HD receivers and televisions throughout the boat, providing over 500 channels of TV and music.
There are Bose speakers surround sound in the salon and speakers mounted throughout the boat and in all cabins and deck ways.
THRU-HULLS All of the thru-hulls on the boat are bronze with stainless-steel ball valves, they are bonded into the bonding system.
BILGE PUMPS 1-Rule 6500 with Super Switch float switch, 1Rule 1100, 1 Rule 1500 with float switch in the engine room.
HIGH WATER ALARM There is a high water audible and visual alarm mounted and represented in all five of the bilge areas and is heard or seen at the main interior helm station.
FRESH WATER SYSTEM (POTABLE Water)
STORAGE TANKS There is a 375 gallon fresh water tank. The fill location is located on the starboard side.
ACCUMULATOR TANK There is an accumulator tank that is mounted in the fresh water system.
PUMPS The water pump is a 220 Headhunter water pump mounted in the engine room.
FILTERS There is strainer and filter mounted inline in the water manifold.
HOT WATER TANK The hot water tank was recently replaced in 2010.
WATER MAKING SYSTEM The water maker is a Village Marine Squirt SPW 60016, that normally produces 40 GPH.
SANITATION (GREY WATER) There are two grey tanks: one forward and one aft with Y valve, holding tank, and deck pump out.
AIR CONDITIONING/ HEAT/ REFRIGERATION
TYPE The air conditioning system thru out the vessel is six Cruisair condensers: two forward and four in the engine room. There are nine air handlers dispersing the cooled or heated air throughout the vessel.
REFRIGERATION There is one Avanti upright 110 refrigerator/freezer in the galley. There is an ice maker and an refrigerator on the flybridge. There is a freezer and a refrigerator on the aft cockpit deck. There is a wine cooler located in the forward downstairs guest cabin. All of these units are self-contained and air-cooled.
LIQUIFIED PETROLEUM GAS (LPG )TYPE/LOCATION/MOUNTING There is a self-contained gas grill located on the upper flybridge deck. There are two 20-pound propane bottles located under the grill, and they are securely mounted. LAUNDRY: There is a combination washer/dryer in a closet located on the lower deck and was installed in 2010.
SAFETY NEW: $20,000, 2010 fire system recently installed in the engine room in 2010.
NUMBER AND TYPE OF PFD: There are sixteen Adult, Type II PFDs in the boat.FIRE EXTINGUISHERS There are fourteen Kidde fire extinguishers mounted throughout the vessel. The fire extinguishers are different sizes, and some are foam and some are dry chemical. They have all been recently re-certified, and they are good throughout 2012. There is also a fire hose mounted in the bow area and a fire hose mounted in the aft settee cockpit area that are operational through the crash pump on the starboard engine.
NAVIGATION LIGHTS: All of the navigation lights mounted bow, stern, and flybridge.
E.P.I.R.B.: Mounted aft. Lifts raft and mounted on the flybridge.
FIRE ALARMS:There are 2 fire alarms . and 1 co-monitor.
