Owner brought this boat back from Cayman Islands, and says that she sails very well in Heavy Weather.

I had this boat on the hard for ten months at 750 a month.. just was to expensive.
this is a project interior.
because it is so difficult to get to you need to make it clear to your clients the work it needs so that you are not wasting your time and gas!
Its a good looking boat out side and strong boat.
the kitchen is rough and the bathrooms are rough..the master bathroom bathtub was replaced with extra fuel tanks.
this boat needs to be sailed to honduras and have the work done while the owner sits in a hammock drinking his suds.
I have swam to and from the boat a couple of times great water,from the edge of the dock A is about 100 feet.

we have had the bottom fixed and repainted two coats and will soon start interior,main and jib are roller furlings with new sails.
the boat draws 5-1/2 feet.
The engine is a late model Yanmar 200 horse with a turbo, about 2010, with about 600 hours. diesel gen has 600 hours according to the hour meter which works.
