Additional Equipment:
Many Egg Harbor builders are also Egg Harbor owners, a testament to their value and quality. While this owner is not a builder, he probably could be, having professionally refurbished this beauty to most factory specs.
When this representative stepped aboard for photos on August 18th, 2016, it was immediately evident that pride in ownership has been the mantra of this owner. She is very clean and functional.
With a new Electrical Panel, ABYC color coding and this owners engineering knowledge, USCG specs have been restored.
The original wood bridge has been replaced by a factory fiberglass bridge/hardtop with custom Stainless hand rails and Windshield. The Cushions and Helm Seat are new and custom manufactured for this bridge config.
Eggs of this vintage typically had/have front window leaking problems, as does this vessel. The seller is having this repaired and resealed.
The Stainless outer Rub Rails have been removed so that the wood beneath can be replaced so that the rails can be re-affixed. This process is mostly complete with the new rails in place, just needing the Stainless put back. This too will be completed by this owner prior to sale.
The hull is solid, as usual, as is the deck above, the new bridge configuration and the cockpit. No soft spots or sponginess anywhere.
The steering was replaced in 2015 with the current Teleflex Hydraulic System.
This vessel does include Lee Outriggers (not shown) with double spreaders, Gold-tipped.
Props are 4-blade 18 X 20 attached to 1 1/4 inch Monel Shafts.
