One of Team Fountain's fishing crew dubbed it "the fishing beast."Fountain's 38 CC offers all the fishing features you'll need to compete on the tournament trail along with the power of a speed boat. This vessel's hull is the trademark design Fountain uses on its performance hulls. A deep 22.5-degree VEE with Super Ventilated Positive Lift hull design, notched transom and keel pad add Fountain characteristic speed and control. Measuring in at 37 feet 11 inches, this 38 footer seems more like 48 feet. The 38 Tournament Edition is a fishy center console with plenty of power behind her to be first in line at the fishing hole. The cockpit features four fish boxes, a 50-gallon livewell, 25-quart cooler, and plenty of room to store rods under the gunwales. The T-top offers good protection from the sun, and has a glove box and grab handles for when the ride gets rough. The helm has full instrumentation, drop down seats, and tilt steering wheel. The center console conceals the head and stand up shower that your family or friends will appreciate.The center console is a treasure to operate from.the switches and Gaffrig instrumentation, and controls are all easy to reach and have a clear flexible plastic cover to shed water away. The T-top has grab handles and rocket launchers.Sleeps TwoUnderneath the large fishing platform up front is a large V-berth and much more storage for extra gear. The V-berth easily sleeps two adults, stores up to eight rods in the storage area below the berths and is lit with florescent lights. Plenty of StorageThere are two fish boxes on either side of the boat for the keepers. These boxes hold up to 800 quarts and drain overboard. Storage and access hatches are crafted throughout the hull.A stand-up head and shower are mounted under the center console for family outings.
