Description
This Glacier Bay 3480 is in excellent condition with low hours. She has had new 2007 and upgraded 300 HP Suzuki four-stroke engines fitted; which arequiet and economical but give incredible performace. These engines have less than 100 hours on them. The boat is kept in a fresh water Boat Bunkers dock basin and has never had anti-fouling paint applied.The Glacier Bay 3480 is well known for it's stability comfort and sea keeping qualities. The catamaran hull design is easily powered affording excellent economy. The hull design also affords great comfort and security in heavy seas. The design was pioneered in the North West where seas are typically short and rough and this design is preferred over all others. The catamaran design also gives huge volume allowing a very comfortable cabin in theforward port hull and a second smaller but very comfortable cabin in the starboard hull.REEL BAH'AI is offered for sale much below her original cost and is in essentially NEW condition.Other upgrades on the Glacier Bay include an aft platform and swim ladder and a clear partition across the aft deck for safety. There is air conditioning throughout which can operate from shore power or with the 5KW Kohler generator fitted in the port hull aft compartment. This generator has only 13 hours of operation.
