Accommodations
"CHARISMA" accommodates six owners & guests in the lower deck with a full beam master cabin located aft and 2 ensuite guest cabins forward plus and entirely seperate crew quartersforwardof the wheelhouse atthe bowcomplete with private head/shower &laundry.
Vessel Walkthrough
Entering Charisma from the aft deck through the glass door to the main salon you will find the entertainment system to starboard and stairs to port leading down to the guest accommodations that include: full beam master aft 2 ensuite guest cabins forward of the engine spaces each with off-set twin berths.Back to the main deck you will find the galley located next to the main salon which has a leather sectional to port complimented by a large chair compact dining table that can be stored when not in use. The galley received all new Gennair appliances Corian countertops cabinets and slate flooring during the refit in 2003/4.Forward of the galley the starboard passage leads you to the wheelhouse that has all new upholstery (2008). As you move forward you will enter the wet bar/office area that has a secret panel that allows you to access all the wheelhouse electronics from behind which is a great feature for maintenance issues. A hatch allows you easy access to the generator and water maker room below.Towards the bow you will find a comfortable crew quarters for 2 full bathroom washer/dryer and additional storage and access to the chain locker.

Remarks
Charisma has been an ongoing project for the current owner. In 2003/2004 she received a complete paint job and interior refit which included a new galley new soft goods in the main salon new carpets wall finishings & headliners throughout upgraded A/V systems.In 2006 the tender received a new Honda 20hp 4-stroke engine.In 2008 recent upgrades include: teak was re-caulked sanded and new dowels added where needed the engine spaces received all new white paint pilot house was reupholstered exterior cushions were replaced varnish and exterior paint has been touched up where needed and continues to get new coats when needed on a regular basis exterior battery bank compartment was resealed/painted the old cable controls were replaced with electronic controls and gages so that if a buyer wants to installed a flybridge it can easily be accomplished (complete blue prints of plans are available upon request) and the imperfections in the windshield glass have been removed.The yacht remains behind the owner's estate located off of Las Olas Blvd and is easily shown. The owner has a larger yacht and his full time crew splits time between both vessels.
