Detail Description:
This 48 x 15 Liberty Bell Houseboat is in above average condition and has a very roomy one level cabin. It has a large front deck with overhang, aft deck and an extremely large upper deck which is more than ample to entertain family, friends and anyone else who may show up. This Liberty Bell offers a very efficient single 170 HP engine which will cruise her at 8 to 10 MPH. In addition, she has a 4.5 Gen Set which will power the twin reverse cycle air units while out on a cruise or pulled into the beach. This boat will make a very nice "on the water" weekend or would be ideal as a live a board. This Houseboat comes with a homemade double I Beam six axle trailer but the owner would consider selling the trailer separately. Do not let this boat pass you by.
 
Accommodations:
You enter the one level cabin via a sliding glass door off the front deck. This puts you in the roomy salon with dinette and fold down futon. Aft of salon is the full service galley which features a (4) burner gas stove/oven and an electric/gas fridge and freezer. Beyond the galley are two separate staterooms which can be closed off at night or left open during the day. Each stateroom has separate access to the large head with separate shower. With the two staterooms and the salon futon, this boat will sleep six with comfort.
