Ct., she is 31.5 feet with a 9.0ft beam and 11,000 displacement. She has a 7/8 rig with 494 sq-ft of sail. Sales were reconditioned in 2006 and are in exceptional shape...The hull is a HOT MOLDED mahogany plywood hull and is almost maintenance free, unlike lapstreak hulls. She has a 5 feet. fixed keel with lead base. 2 (2) copper ten gallon fuel tanks, with a 1999 Volvo three Cylinder. model [removed phone]hp diesel engine that runs perfect. She has Luders hull #894 and Viking Model #1. She was totally rebuilt by Shipwrights Company in Buford, Ga in 2006. We have a DVD of all the work. She is now in Boca Raton, Fl. where we stripped her of all the hull paint and then sanded and faired the hull and deck. We coated the hull with 2 coats of West System clear 2 part Epoxy, then 2 coats of Awl-Grip Undercoater, then 5 coats of Awl-Grip 2 part epoxy in Forest Green. The deck and mast has 1 coat of Pettit Undercoater and 2 coats of Pettit Off-White Easypoxy. The interior wec sanded and coatedwith 2 coats of Pettit Interior White. New sink and faucet...new gell batteries...new Xantrex twelve volt battery charger. Plus LOTS of "stuff" that goes with owning a boat...as in life jackets, extra sails, a-c unit, three upgraded winches (not installed yet) plus????.
