3rd and current owner states he splashed her in fresh water 8 years ago (at time of last 'haul out'). At this time the bottom had no blisters and in this cold clear water rarely needs cleaning.The top sides paint is in reasonable condition and the decks have no soft spots.Standing rigging recently replaced. 2 years ago the sails were removed, solar guard strip added and re-stitched where necessary, they are in good condition, holding shape.
Perkins received new injectors and pump in 2012. Below, owner states: floors, timber fit out, showers/heads and sole to be in good condition.
Minor 'dry rot' is evident where battery cables were routed through a bulkhead and where the head venting valve is located.
