Sailboat 40' Island Packet

Gorgeous, loaded and well built sail boat. We have been sailing her on Lake Superior for 4 years and love the ease of the cutter rig, the way she rides in heavy weather, the comfort she offers in all weather and sea conditions for us and our guests, the galley is great for people who love to cook on board. The Yanmar 50 HP moves her along at 6+ kts. The generator powers the heat and air keeping us comfortable year round. Full Raymarine electronics with chart plotter & radar at the helm and at the nav station. The auto pilot takes the work out of driving the boat on a course. It is also the fastest hull ever made by the Island Packet (IP) company. IP's have a reputation for being the most well regarded AMerican built cruising boat and it is a well deserved reputation. Frankly, we'd never sell this boat were it not for a recent decision to move up in length for our planned circumnavigation.
