She is truly a combination fishing and family power catamaran. Glacier Bay has taken advantage of the wide platform and spacious storage capacity to deliver a family boat complete with head compartment and fish lockers for the day's catch.The bow of the Renegade uses the catamaran width to give you lots of room to relax. Topside is an anchor roller and line locker for when you want to just hang out with room to stuff the fenders inside. Stepping on into the bow area, you have a comfortable space to sit and enjoy chatting with family and friends. Deep storage is under the seats taking advantage of the catamaran design. Under the starboard side is some dedicated rod storage.The cockpit is surrounded by a full-framed windshield with a wide walkthrough. The walkthrough has a lower barrier dagger board you can put in place to block the chilly air. A door in the side of the helm allows access to a large carry-on cooler. Across from the helm was a popular family feature, a locking changing room with Porta Pottie in the companion compartment. Most times, this compartment is just large enough for a small-sized adult to squeeze into, but with the catamaran design, this is a stand-up compartment, that offers enough room even for a larger person. Moving back is a short step-down into the aft cockpit. Just aft the helm seat is a built-in baitwell. Gunwale mount rod holders allow you to troll out some lines. There is a raw water washdown for a quick clean up after boating the fish or to rinse off sandy feet after a shore excursion. Over on the port side, doors allow access to all the space under the port companion seating. A fresh water hand shower is in the corner. At the stern, the starboard side has battery access and a handy three box tackle organizer. Under your feet is a handy fishbox with pump out and a matching box over on the port side. On top of the stern is your bait working station with a knife and hook board. In the port stern wall is an access panel to the fuel water separator.
