1978 Columbia T-23 sailboat

I purchased this sailboat for my husband and he has recently retired from the Navy and returned home to Indiana were sailing is not much of an option. We have sailed it in the cheasapeake alot and recently pulled it out to dock it in Elizabeth City NC. Have not had the chance to do so and now it sits in my yard in NC awaiting someone to rescue it and put it back in the water. I have done some restoration on the inside (mostly cosmetic). It came with a stove that I took out (but still have it if you want to put it back in). The cabin sleeps four, and electric runs off battery that we had put in new (unless lights were left on, should still be good or at least still under warenty). Other than the pine needles, she is well kept and in excelent condition in and out of the water. the sails are in very good condition. The outboard needs to be replaced. I am asking 3000 for it but always room to nigotiate the price. The trailor goes with it of course. I have title to both sailboat and trailor. You must pick up I am unable to deliver I have no vehicle to move it with. I have someone that can move it to the location of your choice only at your expence.
